What does it mean?

Description

911 was a nuclear attack. The twin towers and WT7 were demolished using underground nuclear explosions. The result was BIG, VERY HOT, and radioactive holes. The authorities sprayed water with ultra-violet absorbers.

Dimitris book goes into extensive detail on the nuclear demolition. However this article is only briefly mentioned. He does not feel he has the need to explain why these 'ultra-violet absorbers' are consistent with radioactive decontamination rather than a standard fire fighting technique. Some fires do indeed emit strongly in UV range (according to Wikipedia). Can't UV radiation spread fires? Maybe it is because "even at a white-hot temperature of 2000 K, 99% of the energy of the radiation is still in the infrared." [link]

Perhaps it is some other inconsistency, such as there being no fuel for these fires which had been going for weeks.

Or perhaps it is simply he feels he has established nuclear demolition in the book already. Btw you can read it here:

It does appear that firetrucks could be used in decontamination processes:

Laboratory methods include
various solvents and surfactants designed to wash glassware without
scrubbing, thereby reducing exposure to radioisotopes, and
absorbents to pick up small doses of spilled radiochemicals from
surfaces Belfiore et al. 1984; Frizon et al. 2003. Similar materials
exist for decontamination of military equipment for combat
in a nuclear battlefield. Spray-on-foams are designed to wash
away radioisotopes without scrubbing

This research explores the potential use of emulsions in immobilization
and retainment of radioactive airborne particulates expected
from a dirty bomb. All research to date has focused on
fixative treatment as opposed to airborne capture. This research
hypothesizes that emulsions could be used not only for the retainment
and shielding of radioactive particles already deposited in
urban areas Fox and Medina 2005, but to also capture and retain
mobile radioactive dust migrating within urban areas. Application
of a slower setting emulsion could capture and immobilize airborne
particles which would otherwise continue to migrate
around buildings, sidewalks, and streets Fig. 1. Tanker trucks
similar to fire engines could rapidly apply the emulsions at sitespecific
locations within the city.

But the biggest question is WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT PICTURE DOING IN THAT ARTICLE? WHAT THE FUCK DOES IT SYMBOLIZE? THERE SHOULD BE A PICTURE OF A FIRETRUCK, NOT SOME FREAKY CONCEPTUAL ARTY PICTURE?

That's the question I ask you reader. What do you think that picture is supposed to mean? Dimitri does not care to speculate, but I think it is very interesting. I don't know maybe there was a mix up with the website and they loaded a picture for another article. Or maybe it is like "Keep inconsistencies to yourselves scientist or your family will disappear into a black hole"?

Utter Truther nonsense. A nuke would have done much more damage. You need to elope with Charlie Sheen.
